The published ads may provide for the rapid communication of: items or services for sale, items or services wanted, activities or events as well as important announcements from local groups on issues pertaining to the: community, civic affairs, township & police, schools & PTO, Club Somerset, and the Somerset Lake Service Corporation. This service is provided free of charge to all homeowners in the Somerset Lake community. Each Somerset Lake community residence may establish one account to manage up to a total of 5 classified advertisements-announcements postings. Responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content within these advertisements-announcements rests entirely with the posting community resident.
